North Hardin15U Tournament 6/5-6/6

The Rockers steamrolled through the two day event in Radcliff, KY. The first game found Gage Beavers on the mound, pitching 5 innings and only giving up one run in a 9-1 win for the Rockers. Brandon McClure took the hill for the second game on Saturday and followed up with another strong outing for the early season Rockers allowing no runs through 5 innings in a 6-0 win for the good guys. This morning, Sunday, Grant Herald showed the "Irish of Indianapolis" that dynamite comes in small packages allowing no runs in an 8-0 Rockers win. The championship game went off around three this afternoon finding Logan Parrett on the bump. He gave us four strong innings and gave way to Hunter Martin in the 5th. Threw 4 innings the Rockers were rolling strong with an 8-1 lead but things got a little dicey when the Bulls put up 5 in the top of the 5th. In the end, the Rockers were able to hold on and came away with a tournament win. Not a bad way to start the summer.
